At Chaffic, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, but only under the following circumstances:

The item is faulty or damaged

The item does not match the description or what was ordered

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Food, beverages, and consumables that have been opened

Any item not in its original packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at marketing@chaffic.com.au before sending any items back. All return requests must be reviewed and approved by Chaffic before processing.

When contacting us, please include:

Proof of purchase

A description of the issue

Photos of the item (if damaged or faulty)

Resolution Options

Once your return is approved and the item is assessed, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement

Refund to your original payment method

Store credit

Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements will be communicated to you upon approval of your return request.

Original Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Certain items must remain unopened to be eligible for return.
