Shipping Policy

At CHAFFIC, we aim to deliver your favourite products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, Click & Collect, and order tracking.

1. Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM AWST will usually be dispatched on the next business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM AWST, on weekends, or on public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification once your order has been shipped or is ready for collection.

2. Shipping Rates

For Australian orders:

Orders under $99: A$9.95 standard shipping fee.

Orders of $99 or more: Free standard shipping.

Shipping rates may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, weight, or available shipping options shown at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Orders are delivered via Australia Post or other available shipping carriers.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, high-volume periods, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

It may take up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after the parcel has been lodged with the carrier.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number.

5. Shipping Issues and Delays

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged during delivery, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and may work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers are outside our direct control, but we will do our best to assist.

6. Click & Collect Policy

At CHAFFIC, we aim to make local Click & Collect quick and convenient. Please review the pickup policy below for details on pickup processing times, collection instructions, and holding periods.

7. Click & Collect Timeframe

Orders will usually be available for Click & Collect on the next business day after ordering.

Some orders may require additional processing time depending on product availability, store stock levels, or stock transfers between stores.

8. “Click & Collect Ready” Notification

Please wait until you receive your “Click & Collect Ready” email before visiting the store.

Your order will only be ready for pickup after it has been confirmed and packed.

Please present your confirmation email when collecting your order. We may also ask for your name, order number, or identification to verify the order.

9. Click & Collect Holding Window

Once you receive your “Click & Collect Ready” email, your order will be held in-store for 7 days.

If your order is not collected within 7 days, CHAFFIC reserves the right to cancel and refund the order, or contact you to arrange shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

10. Click & Collect Exceptions

Click & Collect may be delayed in the following cases:

Best-selling items, pre-order items, or out-of-stock items.

Orders placed outside store hours.

Orders requiring stock transfer between stores, which may take 1–2 business days.

Unexpected store closures, public holidays, or operational delays.

Please refer to your email updates for the latest status of your order.

11. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

CHAFFIC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
