Matcha Ritual Kit

  1. Use the bamboo scoop (chashaku) to add 1 tsp of matcha into your matcha bowl (chawan).
  2. Pour in 50ml of warm water (70–80°C).
  3. Whisk briskly in a ‘W’ motion with the bamboo whisk (chasen) until the matcha becomes frothy. Place the whisk back on the bamboo stand after use to maintain its shape.
  4. Top with your choice of milk or more water.
