Every batch is freshly made in store daily to help maintain its freshness, quality and signature soft texture.
Rather than the firm tofu you may associate with savoury food, Chaffic's silky tofu has a consistency closer to custard or pudding. It is smooth, delicate and slightly sweet, with a light soybean fragrance that lingers gently after each sip.
Once added to milk tea, the tofu creates another layer of texture without overpowering the tea itself.
The result is part drink, part dessert — soft enough to enjoy through the straw while still giving every sip its own character.
One Ingredient, Different Tea Experiences
Our Original Tofu Milk Tea pairs freshly made silky tofu with Chaffic's original milk tea, making it the simplest introduction to the range.
Jasmine Tofu Milk Tea combines the floral fragrance of jasmine green milk tea with silky tofu for a lighter, aromatic profile.
For customers who enjoy a stronger tea character, Red Robe Oolong Tofu Milk Tea combines our tofu with oolong tea known for its rich roasted aroma, smooth robust taste and distinctive fragrance.
Brown Sugar Tofu takes the range in a richer direction, combining a deep caramel and toffee-like brown sugar flavour with milk, black pearls and silky tofu.
The same ingredient takes on a very different character depending on the tea around it.
